Our Marketing Department is seeking a full-time, Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships within an assigned territory, connecting with customers. They will successfully deliver our solutions according to customer needs.
Additionally, our ideal candidate will possess a need for continued self-development, will learn & adapt to new business strategies, and will have an entrepreneurial & independent mindset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute day to day sales, marketing, and campaign management in a team environment
- Manage the implementation and delivery of a key client’s activity, maximizing performance, and increasing sales
- Build client relationships through customer service interactions
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to influence others internally and external
- An ability to analyze and problem-solve
- Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Active listening and effective communication
- Strong ownership, a bias for action, and willingness to roll-up your sleeves
