Customer Service Representative

Iris Consulting Group, located on Calhoun St in downtown Charleston, is currently seeking three customer service representatives to help with a client's new product launch.

A Customer Service Representative will serve as a liaison for our clients, providing product and service information and resolving customer issues with accuracy and efficiency.

The best Customer Service Representatives (CSR) are genuinely eager to help others. They are patient, empathetic and can put themselves in their customer's shoes. At the same time, they adhere to company policy and advocate company goals. Problem solving comes naturally to a Customer Service Rep. They are confident, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction standards for our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and assess customers' needs

* Provide solutions to existing, winback, and prospective customers.

* Represent kindly and respectfully to build quality relationships and trust with new customer accounts

* Meet personal/company-wide quality and quantity targets

* Keep records of customers interactions and accounts

* Go the extra mile to establish and maintain happy customers

* Follow client guidelines and send in timely reporting

Requirements:

* 1 year Sales associate, restaurant, hospitality, customer service, or leadership experience

* Familiarity with MS Office and ipad software

* Excellent communication skills

* Goal oriented and team goal oriented.
