Systems Integrator--Front Office ERB & Comms

Individual is responsible for the administration/execution of the Group-level Engineering Review Board (ERB), including managing agendas, preparing/publishing minutes, tracking action items, etc. Reviews briefings, artifacts, and other ERB items for completeness; provides SI recommendation to ERB Chairman (Technical Director) via pre-brief. Coordinates with Division SIs, associate contractors, and Staff Leads to ensure execution of the Group-level governance process. Provides ad hoc SI support to the Technical Director (and/or Group Chief)--e.g., support to TEMs and meetings both internal and external to the Group.

Individual works closely with other Front Office SIs including the Configuration Manager to ensure that the ERB baseline is accurately captured in the CM Library; also with the Integrated Master Scheduler to ensure that Control Gates are scheduled per teams' approved plans.

Individual also supports the Customer's Chief of Staff and Front Office communications--including the weekly authoring articles for the weekly Newsletter to report on activities and decisions across the Group. Also provides back-up support to the Actions Officer (also a member of the SI Team), ensuring complete and timely response to high-level taskings assigned to the Group.

Provides other general SI support to the Front Office—including, but not limited to other board/meeting support (agendas, minutes, actions), process development/improvement and implementation. Tasks require regular interaction with senior customer personnel, associate contractors and other members of the SI Team.


Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.

Required Skills:

* Well-versed in systems engineering/integration methodologies

* Previous board/meeting, decision, and action item management experience

* Outstanding written and oral communication skills

* Proficient in use Microsoft Office Tool Suite

* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

* Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently; self-starter

* On-site work experience

* Keen attention to detail

Desired Skills:

* Previous project management experience (lifecycle management)

* Experience with Agile development methodology

* Previous IT or software development experience--sufficient to understand a variety of discussion topics to identify key decisions/issues for recording actions/decisions

* Previous CM or SI experience

* SharePoint experience (SCA)

* Experience with MS Access
