Job Description

CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI will support TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES: STIP Performance Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliance with all Quality Assurance, CSI, and Service Level Management objectives. Analyst ensures STIP SLRs and SLAs are assessed at regular intervals to validate alignment with current mission needs. Analyst is responsible for cost-benefit analyses for trouble reporting, incident resolution, and request for STIP services and implementation. Responsible for analyzing user interfaces, hardware and software performance tuning, analyze workload and equipment usage, maintain interfaces with outside systems, analyze downtimes, analyze proposed system modifications, upgrades and new capabilities. Analyzes and monitors trouble reporting, incident resolution, and request for STIP services. Collects, analyzes and reports metrics to ensure compliance with established SLA/SLRs. Makes recommendations before, during and after STIP changes or installations. Prepares milestone status reports and deliveries/presentations on the system concept to colleagues, subordinates, and end user representatives. Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems. Provides resolutions through electronic data processing, gathering information from users, defining work problems and designing a system of computer programs and procedures.

Required Skills:

* Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance

* Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)

* Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and two to four years of related work experience
