The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. Serving federal agencies and the Intelligence Community for more than 50 years, the Intelligence group helps our clients meet their mission needs by providing trusted advisors, leading-edge technologies, and innovative solutions.
- Reports directly to the PM and supports functions in CLIN X001 PMO to include day-to-day activities as it relates to administrative, subcontractor management, security, quality, reporting, SLA management, risk, travel, scheduling, and the transition staff.
- Conducts PMO-related activities to include integrated task support across Task Areas 2-5, conducting the planning, cost tracking, scheduling, deliverable tracking, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), and transformation activities to determine Task 1 PMO support necessary to successfully oversee the program.
- BA/BS with 12 to15 years, with at least six plus years as a manager. Incumbent will have a specialized knowledge in one or more fields of disciplines and general knowledge in a number of others.
- Experience managing and leading a 50-100 person team with distributed cross-functional information technology implementation.
- TS/SCI clearance
STEM Master's degree (e.g., computer science, management information systems, systems engineering).
Experience in process enhancement, developing and implementing policies and procedures for the Operations team based on Agile and PMP principals.
Experience managing operation team performance using Service Level Agreements (SLA)
