Job Description

The Customer Relations SME personnel shall possess the following qualifications:

Conduct a zero base review of all Corporate Learning Training Courses and provide oral and written feedback to CustomerIdentify all gaps in training and provide oral and written feedback to CustomerDevelop a mitigation plan to resolve the identified gaps in training and provide oral and written feedback to CustomerServe as a backup to the Communications Officer for the Customer Orientation courseConduct a needs assessment on existing training courses and potential new courses and meet with Customer and provide oral and written feedback on the findingsServe as the face of Corporate Learning Branch and meet customers/former students for customer outreach, feedback, potential new training topics, and new guest speakersWork with the training developers and other functional specialists throughout the training product development and delivery stages regarding integration of changes based on the needs assessement(s)Education

Bachelors Degree in a related technical or military discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.

Qualifications

2-5 years of related experience supporting military (government) operations.

Experience supporting the facilitation and administration of training classes held at the CLB training facility and overall responsibility for scheduling and supporting all customer who take NRO security training.Experience as a team lead for contractor personnel.Exceptional customer skillsDemonstrated ability to problem solve and develop/create innovative solutionsDatabase data entry skills;Ability to learn various databases during performance of the contractPrioritize competing tasks and possess effective time management skills.Demonstrated experience with current version of Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated customer service and telephone skills;Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
