Human Resources Analyst

The HR Analyst is in charge of providing all internal and external reports requested from the HR Solution center. This will include WorkDay reports, Service now Reports, and reports created for the department of labor, state employment boards, and all mandatory reporting for the country of Canada. The HRIS Analyst role will play a critical role in documenting HRIS SOPs, updating knowledge articles, and analyzing call center trends based on tickets, calls, and other metrics as applicable. This role will be a strong liaison between HRIS and the WorkDay Ops team.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

* Provide Workday reports as needed for internal and external customers

* Provide Service Now reporting

* Monitor Service Now tickets and escalate as appropriate

* Prepare weekly HRIS dashboard

* Document existing SOPs and consolidate knowledge articles

* Proof and prepare HRIS knowledge articles and update consistently

* Assist as needed in processing new hires

* Assist as needed on answering phone calls during busy times

Required Skills:

* Experience running reports in a HRM system

* Excellent analytical skills

* Excel, powerpoint and Word proficiency

* High level of attention to detail

* Superior customer service focus

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with WorkDay reporting

* Experience with Service Now reporting

* 4 year degree preferred
