Job Summary –

With an expanding global market, INSYS looks for a talentedprofessional to direct and implement all supply chain functions and work withcontract manufacturing partners to ensure supply continuity of current INSYScommercial products, SUBSYS and SYNDROS, as well as future commercial products.This individual will also provide technical, operational, and strategicleadership of the production planning function in support of INSYS commercialand R&D needs. The position will report directly to the SVP, Manufacturing.

Responsibilities & Duties –

* Daily manage the activities of the global supplychain for INSYS products, which include but are not limited to problem solvingand escalation, decision-making, technical support, and internal/externalfunction coordination.

* Lead INSYS Serialization projects, coordinatethe projects in internal manufacturing plant, external contract manufacturerand packaging company, serialization provider, as well as 3PL. Partner withvarious functions within or outside INSYS to execute the project to approvedschedule and budget.

* Post-serialization completion, be responsiblefor implementation of serialization activities on each commercial product.

* Develop supply strategies for criticalcomponents and raw materials used in INSYS commercial production.

* Responsible for managing relationships withcritical materials vendors and service providers, such as CMOs.

* Control inventory with consideration of bothcash flow and supply reliability. Generate inventory projection analysis andother KPIs / reports for Monthly S&OP review.

* Partner with Legal and Finance for supplycontact preparation and revision.

* Play a critical role in vendor selection.

* Closely work with Commercial, Finance, R&D,QA, and Regulatory for contract manufacturing and supply chain activities.

* Represent Manufacturing and Supply ChainDepartment for new product launches and existing product life cycle activities.

* Partner with other stakeholders for the creationand implementation of best practices to drive highest value for INSYS patients,customers, and the shareholders.

Qualifications and Skills –

* Minimum 7-year experience in pharmaceuticalsupply chain, Pharmaceutical project management or Pharmaceutical Manufacturingplanning.

* Strong project management skill with successfulrecord of managing drug manufacturing / supply chain activities.

* Experience in internal/external manufacturingmanagement in the cGMP environment.

* Extensive knowledge of cGMP and new drugdevelopment activities.

* Good understanding of drug serializationrequirement and associated IT technology.

* Strong analytical skills.

* Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree preferred.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
