Program Administrator / Digital Health Program Lead

CareMore is seeking capable leaders passionate about transforming healthcare and leading meaningful innovation at the intersection of care delivery and digital health.

The Digital Health Program Lead will drive the implementation of patient- or provider-facing Digital Health Solutions within CareMore. As a Program Lead, you will work with internal stakeholders to understand their needs in order to incubate digital health programs and health tech innovations that have the potential to scale across the enterprise. You will coordinate with relevant stakeholders, manage the pilot and create materials (i.e., formulation of a program playbook) that will enable scalable implementation. You will support business strategies by managing an integrated portfolio of external client facing projects or initiatives. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

* Leads implementation of Digital Health programs across CareMore

* Designs program workflows to ensure that program meets stated business needs

* Serves as product or program "expert" for day-to-day business issues

* Conducts industry and other subject matter analysis

* Coordinates and helps design impactful training related to the Digital Health program

* Manages relationships across corporate and regional business areas to ensure successful implementation of digital health solutions

* Develops program success measures and performs periodic assessments of program success

* Schedules, conducts and attends project meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure overall objectives are met

* Analyzes complex data in order to prepare and deliver compelling presentations.

Requires a BA/BS in a related field; 1-2 years of experience in external client facing program or other healthcare related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Professional designation related to field or project management experience preferred.
