This individual would be responsible for all the Operations functions of a 3.5M$ company which is on a rapid growth trajectory. A Day in the Life as an Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor, you will work out of our home office in Centerville, Utah. This is a full-time 40 hour per week, Monday through Friday position working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and you will be an employee, not a contract worker. You'll use your industry knowledge to perform a variety of operations related functions, plus some other functions, including processing of accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliations and analysis, electronic archive of documents, reconciliation of bank and credit card statements and other related bookkeeping tasks. What you Need to be Qualified for this Job To be qualified for this job, previous experience in Operaations/Accounting/Bookkeeping is required. Your ability to provide all customers with consistent, quality service in accordance with company policy and procedures will ensure customer satisfaction. Your team player attitude will come in handy as you provide documentation as needed to various departments. We work from a retail space which requires business casual dress. Your conservative dress and grooming standards are appreciated as that is enforced in our company.
