The Senior Administrative Assistant will report to the National Executive Director of Mental Health. The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for attending to aspects of day to day administrative office functions of multiple mental health business units. This position will work collaboratively and independently in assisting with the completion of administrative activities including managing calendars; drafting, editing and proofreading documents and letters; providing support in creating documents and maintaining financial records; overseeing the purchase and acquisition of all supplies, subscriptions, staff training etc. This position also supports the administrative activities of the Hazelden Betty Ford APA accredited internship program. This position will interface with various customers to provide service and support.


* Vocational or technical degree (2 year) required

* Must have five or more years directly related experience

* Advanced administrative training or equivalent required

* Knowledge of and proficiency with administration procedures and office administration required;

* Must have demonstrated proficiency in computer technology and the ability to use various software applications, including PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
