Basic Job Functions:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Responsible for southeast region of US and Puerto Rico
  2. Manages a network of 10-15 manufactures representatives, providing them with business direction, vision and strategy.
  3. Monitors agents performance using KPI's and regular business meetings
  4. Responsible for developing relationships with agents and key customers to gain market insight and loyalty. Develop relationships with key players.
  5. Meets regularly with customers, manufacturer's representatives and contractors. Travel requirement 50%
  6. Contributes to the development of strategy not only for the region but also for the company as a whole. Defines innovative tactical tools in order to successfully deploy strategy.
  7. “Eyes and ears“ of the market: feed market information to corporate offices in a format that is useful and actionable.

Minimum Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree, preferably in business, marketing or hard sciences.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Must be willing to travel approximately 30%-50%

Preferred Qualifications:

PREFERENCES:

  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Located in Southeast region of US, preferably near a major metro area.
  • Strong managerial skills
  • Must be customer driven
  • Ability to make information driven decisions. While intuition is important, he/she will be able to support decisions with sound arguments and solid data.
  • Will be energetic and a people person
  • Ideally will have no less than 10 years of commercial experience on relevant market space.
