Job Description Summary:
The role of the Manager, Analysis and Reporting ORPM is to provide analytical and thought leadership in the development, enhancement and oversight of metrics and targets to support CNO Financial Group's Distribution and Consumer Operations departments and strategies. This position serves as a trusted advisor to the leadership teams and business partners, offering self-service and ad-hoc business reporting and key insights. The Manager, Analysis and Reporting ORPM helps drive departmental and business partner efficiencies.  This role can understand both business and technical requirements to drive to a solution with a message that allows key takeaways to be easily consumable and actionable. The Manager, Analysis and Reporting ORPM focuses on improving team knowledge sharing, growing talent, and fostering an inclusive team culture.

The Manager, Analysis and Reporting ORPM provides Distribution and Consumer Operations’ leadership and business partners with meaningful reporting to help measure progress to goals as part of their overall departmental strategy. This role is charged with leading our continued process transformation in the reporting environment utilizing Agile business principles. This process includes understanding project and work stream requests, vetted prioritization, and overall accountability for team deliverables.

This role acts as the subject matter expert in translating business requirements and user stories into technical reporting solutions. Specifically, this role supports the enterprise wide Pega program and seamlessly integrating Pega into our operating reporting landscape. The solutions challenge the status quo and help drive the team and our business partners to be more efficient and effective ensuring we stay focused on the projects that will drive the greatest value.

Requirements:
BS/MS Computer Science or other analytical field.
Hands-on technical experience with Tableau, Alteryx
Proficient in working with non-technical stakeholders and leadership
Supervisory experience with a technical team
LOMA certified preferred
