This candidate will supervise, coordinate and schedule Service personnel efficiently. They will ensure repairs are completed properly and customers are satisfied. The candidate will process and complete sales work orders, maintain call logs, and manage PM scheduling.
Responsibilities also include ensuring all equipment is mechanically and operationally sound within the client Demo room with the use of client technicians.This candidate will be tasked with increase profitability in the Service department and ensuring customers are satisfied.

The client's main goal is to be viewed in the industry as a World Class Service provider. For decades now, they have been producing high-quality machines and installations for the manufacturing of pastries, breads and rolls, pizzas, croissants, donuts and thin dough products.
