Product Trainer

We are currently recruiting for a Product Trainer. This position is responsible for providing field technical support and training to customers, dealers, distributors, and field technicians/installers.

What you will do in this position:

Technical Support and Troubleshooting

* Diagnoses and resolves technical issues at customer locations, on the phone, or via email, as needed.

* Works with Engineering and Sales Departments to resolve problems.

* Installs and/or repairs equipment onsite as needed.

Technical Product Training

* Presents technical product training to various audiences including customers, end-users, technical staff, etc.

* Meets with customers to monitor test installations and product approvals.

Product Approval and Testing

* Assists Marketing and Sales with product approvals and tests by visiting customer test/approval locations.

What you need to succeed in this position:

* Excellent customer service and public speaking skills with at least 3 years of technical experience, and training of end-user customers and field technicians within the wireless communications industry.

* Expert skill level diagnosing and resolving technical issues for wireless communications equipment.

* Previous training development and delivery experience desired.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to travel at least 20% of the time

* QSR experience preferred.

* Network certification desired.

* Positive, poised, professional, and helpful presence.

* AA Degree (2 years college) - Preferred
