Administrative Assistant for Trillium Brewing Company

Trillium Brewing Company is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team! We are in search of a highly organized, detailed oriented, and positive person who can assist with office operations and support our dynamic executives. This position is based in our Canton, MA location. This is an amazing opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, family-run brewery and bring your expertise into the world of craft beer!

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

* Maintaining executive calendars; scheduling meetings and resolving conflicts

* Coordinating leadership/executive travel arrangements

* Attending executive staff meetings, taking meeting minutes, and distributing action items to attendees

* Assisting executives with personal errands as needed

* Secure childcare for family as needed

Office Support:

* Managing employee files

* Scheduling and coordinating employee onboarding

* Assisting with HR projects as needed

* Fulfilling web orders

* Generating marketing materials

* Managing phone calls to the office and greeting visitors

* Supporting business needs such as ordering office supplies and managing inventory

* Handling of incoming/outgoing mail

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Desired Qualifications & Abilities


* College degree preferred

* Previous administrative experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Organized with superior attention to detail and ability to multitask

* Performance thrives in a high energy, fast paced environment

* Ability to maintain confidentiality in high-profile situations
