The Proposal Services and Graphics Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to end proposal and RFP response process for Americas-led pursuit opportunities, ensuring every proposal is benefit-driven, client-focused and meets ISG’s highest quality and brand standards. The Specialist will contribute persuasive proposal writing and graphic design capabilities for both print and digital platforms in support of sales. This role requires managing pursuit teams and the ability to build strong working relationships with Partners and Directors so that challenge and direction can be given and received. The Specialist must be resourceful, optimistic and able to work independently.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end proposal management process for Americas-led pursuit opportunities, ensuring every proposal delivered meets ISG’s highest quality and brand standards.
• Contribute to all aspects of proposal development, internal processes, efficiencies and to create and maintain proposal-related content and sales collateral.
• Analyze RFP documents to accurately understand requirements, identify criteria and appropriate solutions
• Translate ISG’s service offerings into key benefits for a client
• Persuade, influence and challenge proposal teams in a constructive manner
• Contribute to proposal content through technical writing and graphic design capabilities
• Develop proposal schedules, outlines and templates, and to assist in the ongoing management of proposal content
• Facilitate proposal status checks and review meetings to project manage all proposal assignments and activities
• Ensure proposals are delivered on time and comply with client requirements
• Support Global Marketing initiatives and sales efforts through strong visual storytelling capabilities and interactive/ digital design expertise
• Support special corporate projects as directed by Global Field Marketing leadership.
• Manage internal processes and procedures using SharePoint and custom internal platforms.
• Must be highly motivated self-starter who demonstrates resourcefulness, optimism, high-energy and diplomacy.

Capabilities:

• College degree in Communications or English
• 3-5 years of previous experience as a Proposal Coordinator or a similar capacity, ideally gained within a professional services or IT-focused environment
• Ability to translate the company’s service offerings into key benefits for a client
• Ability to persuade, influence and challenge in a constructive manner and identify appropriate solutions
• Proven exploratory skills in seeking out information to comply with RFP format and submission requirements.
• Ability to produce or provide guidance for data visualization and information graphics
• Good technical writing skills
• Strong digital and interactive design skills
• Expertise in synchronizing content and guidance from multiple sources to formulate cohesive messaging and voice
• Experience with process management and managing multiple projects with time-critical deadlines
• Understand the key stages of a sales/proposal cycle
• Excellent Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills
• Adobe InDesign and Photoshop skills
• MS Teams and SharePoint experience a plus
