Housekeeper- Summer Help, Part-Time (Starting Pay $13/hour plus incentives after training!)

This is a part-time, seasonal position (now through around labor day). After completing training, pay rate is $13/hour plus generous incentives! You must be available at least one weekend day and have your own reliable vehicle to be considered!

Position Summary:

Housekeepers will work collaboratively with all employees, guests, owners, and other FLPP stakeholders to support the companys goals through superior property cleanliness and customer service. Responsible for ensuring all established cleaning procedures and guidelines are followed; maintains consistently high quality cleaning services. Delivers personalized service that attends to every guests and owners needs, and meets or exceeds all service standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: These duties can be performed with or without an accommodation

* Facilitates high-quality cleaning services; follows established methods and procedures to ensure all arrival and departure cleaning tasks are completed in an accurate and efficient manner; adheres to all unit appearance standards.

* Accurately completes required documentation; submits to Zone Leader at the end of every shift.

* Promptly follows up on all cleaning requests and concerns reported by Zone Leader and guests.

* Documents and reports all maintenance and safety concerns to Zone Leader in a timely manner.

* Secures all keys and items left in properties; returns to main office at the end of every shift.

* Ensures that all lock boxes and keys are maintained per established standards.

* Maintains cleaning tote; returns totes, linens, and related items at the end of every shift.

* Maintains a presentable and functioning personal vehicle; follows all safety standards.

* Ability to work within a team.

* Ability to use standard telecommunication equipment. (IST).

* Adheres to company dress code and wear appropriate attire at all times.

* Aligns with the FLPP Safety Program to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Ensure all policies are followed and enforced for outside agencies; including but not limited to DOL, EEOC, and OSHA. Keeps all required safety records and documentation current and up-to-date. Maintain a safety first work ethic.

Requirements:

* Knowledge of cleaning processes; ability to meet or exceed established cleaning guidelines and standards.

* Strong interpersonal skills, especially communication, attention to detail, and problem solving.

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

* One year of relevant experience, preferably in the vacation ownership or hospitality industry.

* An Associates degree in related field preferred.

* Reliable transportation and a valid NYS drivers license.
