SRFax is an Internet Fax Service Provider that has been in business for over 15 years and is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Nanaimo, BC office. This is a permanent, full-time position.
We are looking for a self-driven, customer-minded candidate with excellent communication skills, who is comfortable with technology and assisting others in using applications. Attention to detail is a must in order to provide exceptional customer support.

- Answer phone and email inquiries about our services
- Provide exceptional customer support over the phone, via chat, and by email
- Investigate and troubleshoot customers' technical issues
- Track and log all customer inquiries
- Process financial transactions
- After hours support role, weekly rotation
- High School Diploma
- Some Post Secondary preferred
- A minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience is required
- Excellent communication skills (English), both written and verbal
- Service-oriented attitude
- Great listening skills
- Evaluates situations effectively and pays attention to detail
- Effective time management and organizational skills, must be able to multi-task
- Shows empathy under all circumstances
- Motivated self-starter looking to grow with the company
- Fundamental computer skills
- Solid understanding of the use of Internet, email and email programs
- Telecommunications experience beneficial but not required
