What You Will Do

We are currently seeking a dynamic Corporate Attorney to join our Camp Hill, PA Headquarters. Join our Journey!

As as a Corporate Attorney, you will draft, review, and provide negotiation advice and support for project-related contracts for engineering, planning, construction management, technology and other related services. You will also advise senior staff and internal clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including corporate structure, registration, and compliance in multiple jurisdictions; and manage litigation and coordinate with outside counsel and insurance providers.

Special projects may include development and negotiation of software and technology contracts, legal analysis and advice on corporate innovation initiatives, advising on employment matters, assisting senior staff on mergers and acquisitions, and supporting the firm's international operations.

Minimum Qualifications

* Law school graduate (Juris Doctor/J.D.) from an accredited US Law School.

* Active State Bar License and member and in good standing of a state bar.

* Minimum 4 years of legal experience; 5-7 years preferred.

* Ability to work in fast paced deadline driven environment, handle multiple projects and priorities, proactively identify issues, and provide practical legal advice.

* Ability to collaborate with other members of the legal team and corporate administrative professionals (e.g., accounting, human resources, marketing) to develop coordinated responses and provide efficient, high quality service to internal business clients.

* Pragmatic, business savvy with strong analytical and negotiating skills. Ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating contracts and advising clients on business transactions.

* Must possess strong written, analytic and verbal communication skills and be comfortable delivering presentations to senior staff and internal clients.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience advising corporate clients at a law firm or in-house law department.

* Strong academic credentials (e.g., top 20% of law school class, law review experience).

* Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas helpful, but not required:

* Previous work with clients in the engineering, architecture or construction industry;

* Knowledge of government contracting and procurement regulations;

* Familiarity with commercial insurance, particularly professional liability products, coverage, and claims;

* Experience with intellectual property matters, information technology contracts, and legal issues associated with innovation initiatives.

* Experience working with international companies/affiliates on issues arising from global and cross-border transactions (e.g., immigration, foreign professional licensing requirements, anti-bribery and export compliance, etc.).
