Attaché to Head of Sanofi Genzyme Medical Affairs- Cambridge, MA

Job Summary

The Attaché will report directly to the Head of Sanofi Genzyme Medical Affairs and will play an essential role in managing a broad range of high-level projects and day-to-day activities necessary to drive and manage critical operational and strategic aspects of the broad Sanofi Genzyme Medical Affairs function.

Job responsibilities

* Develop, prioritize and lead initiatives to improve organizational agility and optimize interfaces with key internal and external stakeholders.

* Act as the primary Sanofi Genzyme Medical Affairs interface in support of critical partner initiatives in the Sanofi Genzyme Business Unit and in the CMO office. Triage requests and coordinate activities to provide strategic and operational support.

* Develop executive-level presentations on behalf of the Medical Head. Develop briefing materials and synthesize complex information in preparation for select meetings.

* Oversee and conduct research and data analysis to support decision making.

* Prepare agendas and minutes for select internal meetings in consultation with the Head of Sanofi Genzyme Medical Affairs and Head of Medical Operations.

* Work with Finance partner to ensure requested financial information is received and provide analysis and advise on key financial considerations.

* Serve as ad hoc delegate to various governance meetings.

Basic qualifications

* MD or Ph.D. with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Medical Affairs

* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment

* Demonstrated effective influencing skills

* Project management experience and/or certification
