The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Marketing Manager. Your charter is to work closely with sales teams to plan, develop, and execute integrated account-based marketing programs to drive growth, retention, and advocacy across strategic accounts. You will gather account intelligence, deliver demand creation, and execute marketing programs in alignment with global account strategy to raise awareness, relevancy, and consideration of Veeva solutions while supporting customer success. 

What You'll Do

  • Identify, manage, and develop customer reference and advocacy campaigns that enable Veeva marketing to lead with customer success and value
  • Define, develop, and execute account-based marketing plans for strategic accounts in alignment with global account plans and objectives, with tactics appropriate to key buyers and influencers
  • Leverage a broad and appropriate mix of marketing programs (inclusive of event marketing, direct marketing, and digital marketing) to maximize awareness, relevancy, consideration, and adoption of Veeva solutions
  • Orchestrate and lead regular account check-ins to ensure account goals and plans remain on track, and discuss upcoming account requirements and modifications
  • Produce a portfolio of assets and deliverables appropriate to the account marketing plan requirements
  • Provide ongoing data and insights on strategic accounts, and contacts within these accounts in order to execute tailored account marketing programs
  • Leverage a broad and appropriate mix of marketing programs (inclusive of event marketing, direct marketing, and digital marketing) to maximize awareness, relevancy, consideration, and adoption of Veeva solutions
  • Manage program execution against committed timelines and within budget; set appropriate success KPIs and track measurements to determine impact and ROI
  • Ensure appropriate communication and collaboration with key stakeholders from planning through to results
  • Orchestrate and lead regular account check-ins to ensure account goals and plans remain on track, and discuss upcoming account requirements and modifications
  • Cultivate long-term customer and sales relationships
  • Share learnings from account-based marketing initiatives that will help strengthen Veeva’s broader marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • Strong marketing experience for an enterprise software or cloud-based solution provider
  • Exceptional project management skills with proven success in driving projects to completion
  • Experience working with customer to develop advocacy marketing materials that showcase real-world success and value across multiple channels (case studies, press releases, social media, events, etc.)
  • Passionate storyteller with the ability to understand industry challenges, trends, and technical concepts to turn them into compelling content
  • Proven ability to define, develop, and execute account-based marketing programs to time and budget
  • Excellent English language/communications skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to develop long-term business relationships with customers and sales teams
  • Strong desire to win as a team combined with the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Flexibility to travel as required
