Plan for the effective management of information systems to support Continuing & Distance Education's (CDE) strategic organizational goals. Manage the development of new features and initiatives to support organizational growth and customer service. Project manage information technology projects: create timelines and prioritized schedule of development and maintenance. Drive adherence to plans and processes and take responsibility for achieving team deliverables and hitting target milestones. Design systems for ensuring data integrity within information systems related to enrollment, marketing, faculty evaluation and internal processes. Participate in the decision-making team regarding website development, maintenance, and enhancement. Provide user training on cloud-based software (SalesForce and Hubspot.) Provide backup for both website content updates and back-end web content management system (wordpress).

Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field and two to four years relevant experience required. Demonstrated skills in IT project management, business analysis and organizational skills, and attention to detail required. Effective interpersonal, communication and analytical skills required. Demonstrated knowledge of spread basic programming/scripting, HTML web standards, web design and development, and accessibility required. Knowledge of Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems, Customer Relationship Management Systems Administration, Information Security best practices, and email marketing required. Demonstrated ability to effectively work in team environment required.

Desirable Qualifications

Experience with administrator experience, Hubspot inbound marketing, Wordpress experience, familiarity with Sharepoint 2016, CSS/XHTML, and familiarity with Banner Student Information System highly desirable. Experience in higher education environment desirable.
