Leads and is responsible for Long Term Incentive Program analysis, communication and administration. Develop materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board meetings and disclosures. Responsible for analysis, implementation and ongoing administration of compensation and benefits programs for Executives. This role will also provide support on projects and program execution in partnership with the Compensation team. All candidates must have a proven analytical background as the role also requires regulatory reporting, census reporting & cost analysis to be provided to Senior Management.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for technology projects involving executive compensation data and equity processes.

* Develop compensation models and provide analyses in support of the HR team, senior leaders, and stakeholders.

* Assist with the preparation of the Compensation Committee of the Board materials.

* Provide information for Proxy, Compensation Discussion and Analysis (compensation summary tables, CEO pay ratio).

* Develop, enhance, and maintain the operation, administration, and governance of executive compensation programs

* Act as central point of contact for all executive total rewards including compensation, benefits and perquisites. This includes working with internal departments as well as external clients in managing and answering all inquiries

* Responsible for analysis, implementation and administration of all executive compensation, benefits and equity programs.

* Provide benchmarking information and recommendations as needed

* Keep informed of trends in executive compensation and advise as needed on marketplace and regulatory developments

* Provide support on projects and program execution in partnership with the Compensation team in the areas of Cash Compensation

* Collaborate with Human Resources, Accounting, Legal, Technology, and other internal stakeholders.

* Lead and/or perform other related activities as necessary

Candidates must have at minimum a Bachelor's degree , preferably with a concentration in Business. 3-5 years of relevant compensation experience. Advanced in Microsoft Excel, specifically experienced in data manipulation and other Microsoft Office programs is required. CCP or CEP certification preferred
