The APR office Marketing Coordinator works directly with APR agents in their office(s), assisting them with their marketing needs. Additionally, the APR office Marketing Coordinator is a part of the corporate marketing team, working as the office liaison between corporate and the office. With an eye for detail, you will uphold APR's brand standards in all materials you create and review. To keep you at the top of your game, APR will provide you with tools, technical training, and monthly educational webinars. You will report to the VP of Marketing, with a dotted line reporting to the Office Manager and Office Administrator.

Position Duties/Responsibilities (include but are not limited to the following):

* Serve as the office marketing expert, providing support to the agents and office while also acting as a liaison between vendors and reps.

* Maintain complete knowledge of all APR tools to assist agents.

* Assist in coordinating community event involvement by agents and office, including ordering promotional items and publicizing through PR and advertising

* Communicate PR opportunities such as notable listings, participation in local events, and office philanthropic work back to APR Marketing. Assist agents with PR media

* Ensure all office and agent marketing complies with APR brand standards

* Provide communication between the Marketing Department and the office, such as updates on marketing collateral, tools, and campaigns

* Attend ongoing technical training courses as well as marketing calls and meetings

* Provide information and updates to agents on technology programs and encourage attendance in training classes

* Daily proofing / approving printed marketing materials through collateral creation tool

* Manage office's marketing content management system

* Manage office newspaper / magazine ads

* Manage agents' digital advertising campaigns

* Assist agents with Luxury Portfolio advertising

* Create and order marketing materials for agent's listings, including just listed/just sold cards, fact sheets/property flyers, and open house postcards

* Assist in ordering yard signs

* Assist in creating single property websites

* Assist agents with CMA creation

* Help agents with personal and property promotions by creating / proofing eDMs, drip emails campaigns, and agent newsletters in the CRM

* Help agents create Property Alerts

* Assist with APR agent website set-up

* Help agents set up and post on social media

* Assist with proofing and copywriting for agent bios, resumes, and brochures

* Onboarding support for new agents

* Recruiting support to help customize presentations for managers to use

Position Requirements

* 1-3 years marketing experience

* Real estate experience preferred, but not necessary

* Customer service experience preferred, but not necessary

* Luxury industry experience preferred, but not necessary

* Strong attention-to-detail

* Excellent writer; highly-proficient with English grammar

* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus

* Design experience a plus

* Self-starter, self-motivated, and strong time management skills

* Ability to work in a changing and dynamic workplace

* Ability to problem solve

* Works well in a team environment including with coworkers, peers, and executives
