Poised for and on a path for future growth, we seek an energetic, passionate, accountable, driven, self-motivated and results-oriented leader to fill the new role of Chief Retail Banking Officer to drive organizational and future success. As a member of the senior leadership team, the individual will play a key role in strategic planning and executing against goals to achieve key results.
This individual will lead, develop, grow and support a newly combined retail channel including 100+ team members (Member Contact Center, Branch Network with 11 current locations) and related areas in delivering on established business results. The successful candidate will thrive in a results-oriented, data-driven environment where ongoing improvement, efficiency seeking and operational enhancement and simplification are highly valued. They will demonstrate a passion for technology integration opportunities and embrace/support digital delivery enhancement opportunities for the retail channel. Through their leadership, they will create and drive consistently exceptional member experiences, outstanding member service, and maximize the retail channel's overall organizational contribution with a focus on developing team leaders and staff so they are prepared for the next level of organizational growth and delivery.
- College degree; additional post-graduate work and/or additional leadership or other certifications desired.
- Minimum ten years progressive work-related experience in a full-service financial institution with 7+ years of leadership/management/operational experience and successful results in leading both a branch network and contact center in achieving defined results.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to successfully mentor, develop, guide and deliver successful business results for a large team.
- Strong executive level presence and experience in delivering successful Board of Director level presentations, communications & interactions.
