The Yield Book Inc. is a London Stock Exchange Group Company. The Yield Book is a premier fixed income portfolio analytics system, currently used by 82 of the top 100 fixed income money managers in the U.S., as well top-tier broker dealers' sales, trading and research professionals.

The Yield Book contracts team works closely with the legal team to draft, negotiate, track and manage licensing agreements for our fixed income products and services. We're looking for a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail to join our team.

The contract administrator will be responsible for:

* Maintaining templates

* Preparing licensing agreements, amendments, order forms and non-disclosure agreements

* Tracking the status of licensing negotiations and participating in such negotiations

* Reviewing client requests to modify terms

* Working with the sales team to incorporate their proposals into legal documents

* Coordinating legal notices to our clients

* Keeping contract information up to date in our database

* Preparing reports for senior management, legal and sales

The ideal candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communications skills. A background in contract negotiation, intellectual property licensing, project management or financial services is a plus.

Basic requirements:

* Bachelor's degree

* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
