Job Summary/Description:

KBTX is looking for a full-time Digital Media Coordinator to assist the Local Sales Manager and Account executives with digital campaigns. Will be inputting station digital orders, assigning traffic and working closely with Gray Digital Media team.

The ideal candidate will assist the Local Sales Manager and Account Executives with digital campaigns. Will coordinate digital orders from the AEs and execute digital order input, assign traffic, and work closely with the Gray Digital Media team. The DSC will also monitor ad campaigns and create reports. The candidate must be able to prioritize and calmly multi-task. This person must be an excellent communicator, technologically savvy, manage multiple projects simultaneously, possess strong organizational skills, and be able to perform well under pressure. The candidate must be a quick learner, self-motivated, customer service driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Digital order entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Manage digital creative scheduling on all campaigns meeting all deadlines.
  • Fulfill and monitor all digital campaigns with appropriate follow-up.
  • Organize and deliver campaign reports on deadline.
  • Provide appropriate support and follow-up for the sales department.
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager and Social Media Advertising a plus.
  • Must have dependable mode of transportation.
