Early Childhood - Custodian
 Brooklyn, NY
  • Employee will be responsible to perform all functions and duties related to the maintenance of residential units, public areas and commercial use spaces.
  • Ensure proper control measures, recordings and mechanical systems use.
  • Ensure appropriate building maintenance management systems are in place.
  • Prepare and maintain accuracy with all inventory of supplies.
  • Prepare all residential units upon client vacancy to include general plumbing, carpentry, tiling, basic electrical work and painting.
  • Ensure that all safety standards are adhered to and met.
  • Replace and/or repair furnishings, door locks, etc.
  • Emergency on-call availability.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or GED desired.
  • Prior experience in building maintenance and inventory management.
  • Must possess good writing and communication skills.
  • A valid NYS Driver’s License is a plus
