- Assists with all accounting duties at the RTF.
- Checks invoices, forwards authorized invoices for payment and keeps a file of all fowarded invoice.
- Logs all checks received from donations, trusts, refunds and dividends. Forwards to administrative staff in main office.
- Supervises payroll preparation and verification. Forward all payroll information to the central agency Payroll Department.
- Assists with distribution of petty cash as needed.
- Switchboard relief as assigned
Performs all other duties as assigned.
