The Organizational Development Manager supports REV Group in the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of employee training and education as well as talent management and engagement initiatives and strategies. The OD Manager is responsible for partnering with management and HR leaders in executing a consistent and systemic approach to employee development, required compliance training, and preparing future leaders of the organization. This role will also support a number of projects and initiatives such as the deployment of a performance management program, succession planning, on boarding processes and implementation of related technology tools (LMS).

Responsibilities

* Needs Analysis, Design and Implementation: Lead needs analysis, design, development and implementation of leadership and organizational development solutions (such as development programs, instructor-led training, virtual training, eLearning and blended solutions, simulations, assessments, coaching, job aids, communications and change management support).

* Learning Delivery and Facilitation: Deliver learning content and solutions to leaders, teams and/or coworkers. Establish credibility with audience, showcase subject matter expertise, facilitate knowledge transfer and skill practice, and reinforce key messages and learning for participants to be applied back on the job, in an engaging and impactful way

* Project Management and Delivery: Working with team leadership and key stakeholders, propose and agree project goals, approach, resources & responsibilities, interdependencies, timing and success measures. Develop work plan and manage project to meet agreed milestones. Communicate progress, solicit and incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment for successful delivery. Proactively identify and recommend solutions to any issues that arise

Qualifications

* 5+ years of OD experience in a complex, multi-site medium to large size organization, preferably manufacturing

* Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Adult Education or related field is required

* Demonstrated knowledge of OD theories, philosophies and methods, adult learning styles and interactive teaching methods, coaching and consulting with individuals and teams, change management theory, organizational and needs analysis, principles of customer service, and employee engagement theories

* Track record in interacting confidently and credibly with business leaders

* Excellent communication and influence skills

* Strong interpersonal communications skills

* Solid ability to facilitate group discussion, and perform diagnostic and interventional strategies

* Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)

* Demonstrated experience with change management, performance and talent management

* Strong project management skills and experience

* Ability to flex and pivot in a changing environment

* Travel is anticipated
