Customer Support Assistant

Plains Equipment Group is looking for a Customer Support Assistant for our Broken Bow, NE location. In this position you will perform a range of administrative support duties for the dealership location and ensure all customers are provided with exceptional customer service.

Some of the primary responsibilities:

* Ensure an exceptional Customer Experience for all in-store and phone-in customers.

* Receives visitors and telephone calls ensuring individuals are directed to the proper parties within the dealership

* Post payments to Accounts Receivables Accounts

* Reconcile daily cash till & prepare daily deposits

* Go to Post Office and Bank daily

* Go to Courthouse to register vehicles as needed

* Scan vendor invoices into A/P document storage system for processing

* Reconcile Farm Plan to Equip A/R

* Load attachments to workflow

* Review sales documents for signatures

* Complete JD Financial applications online or by fax

* Reconcile Petty Cash

* Order office supplies for the location

* Review new hire paperwork with new employees

* Work with IT to provide 'hands on' support for IT team

* Prepare for monthly store meeting

* Distribute mail and maintain dealership files

Requirements:

* 1+ years in an administrative assistant position preferred

* Understands accounting fundamentals such as debits, credits, accounts receivable, and accounts payable

* Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions

* High level of attention to detail and accuracy

* Minimum of an Associate's Degree

* Degree in Accounting/Finance discipline preferred
