line-height:normal“>We are currently seeking a Commercial Lending Portfolio Monitoring Administrator. As a member of our Special Assets Group, this role is responsible for the

management of an assigned portfolio of client loan relationships of adversely

rated loans. Monitors and assists in the resolution of various exceptions and

activities to comply with internal bank audit/control and compliance requirements.

Provides operational support to ensure a smooth workflow and dissemination of

information within the various areas of the department including: Commercial

Division, Credit Risk Management, Credit Analytical Function, Special Assets

and Credit Operations. Provides operational and administrative support to the Manager

of the Special Assets Group by providing a variety of duties including some

which may be complex and/or confidential in nature.

support to the Special Assets Group Manager by:

  • Assisting in the
    monitoring and management of adversely rated loans.
  • Reviewing loan documents
    to ensure its adequacy and completeness.
  • Lending operational
    support with internal reviews and reporting.
  • Assisting in the
    monitoring and tracking of financial information, covenant compliance and
    approval conditions related to adversely rated loans.
  • Working closely with the
    Compliance Officer to ensure all compliance requirements and reporting
    requirements are completed in a timely fashion.
  • Follows established
    written procedures and performs fairly routine or prescribed work.
  • Maintaining monthly and
    quarterly reporting as requires

    restrictions, collateral adequacy and administrative /operational requirements
    of the credits.

    issues.
  • auto;line-height:normal;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in“>Proactively tracking loan portfolios to ensure officers
    are appraised of impending actions/events.
  • auto;line-height:normal;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in“>Assisting and maintaining the integrity of customerâs
    collateral/credit files.
  • auto;line-height:normal;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in“>Examining loan documents to ensure its adequacy and
    completeness and acts as a liaison between the Special Assets Group and
    Commercial Loan Operations.

    main frame and providing such information to customers, account officers,
    attorneys, etc.

    Assets Group staff.

    Attorney's, consultants etc.
  • auto;line-height:normal;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in“>Insuring proper and accurate payment processing.
  • auto;line-height:normal;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in“>Acting as a liaison between officers and attorneys,
    customers, consulting groups, appraisers, etc.
  • auto;line-height:normal;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2;tab-stops:list .5in“>Assisting in the resolution of customer inquiries and
    problems.

Qualifications/Education:

  • Commercial Banking experience (large bank preferred)
  • Documentation Experience (interpretation of terms)
  • Strong understanding of Bank credit products
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • BA preferred or Associate degree with related experience
  • Paralegal experience strongly preferred
