The position will split between two work locations: 3 days a week at Brockton Multi Service Center/Plymouth Outpatient program at 38 Industrial Park Road, Plymouth, MA and 2 days a week at the Brockton Multi Service Center in Brockton at 165 Quincy Street, Brockton, MA

Work hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Days Off: Sunday and Saturday

Greets all clients and visitors and assures they are signed in. and assures all visitors have appropriate name tags or Identification badges. Prepares all required paperwork including data entry into the MHIS system, maintaining

and updating of demographic information and insurance information to ensure that all billing information is accurate and complete. Notifies staff of client arrivals. Reconciles all billing encounter forms at days end to ensure that

all forms are returned with proper diagnosis and signatures. Maintains Doc/clinicians daily schedules on Microsoft Outlook. Uses standard offices machines and equipment to complete assigned duties. Knowledge of the Emergency Code System and familiar with procedures to act upon them when necessary. Operates CISCO VOIP telephone by answering and forwarding

incoming calls to the appropriate individual/unit. Operates Two Way Radio to alert Campus Police Officers of emergencies. Attends mandatory trainings as required by Site and/or Southeast Area.

TheBrockton Multi Service Center providescomprehensive services to mentally ill adults and children. Programs include Case Management, Adult Community Clinical Services and a Program of AssertiveCommunity Treatment (PACT) team. The Brockton Multi Service Center is a JointCommission certified facility. Applicants must have at least (A) two years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, experience in office work, or (B) an equivalent combination of the required experience and the substitutions below:

I. A diploma as evidence of graduation from the commercial or business course of a recognized high school or vocational/technical high school may be substituted for a maximum of one year of the required experience. *

II. A diploma as evidence of graduation from a course other than the commercial or business course of a recognized high school or vocational/technical high school or possession of a Massachusetts high school equivalency certificate may be substituted for a maximum of eight months of the required experience. *

III. A diploma for completion of a one year, full-time, or equivalent part-time, program in a recognized, non-degree granting business or secretarial school above the high school level may be substituted for a maximum or one year of the required experience. *

IV. A diploma for completion of a two-year, full-time, or equivalent part-time, program in a recognized, non-degree granting business or secretarial school above the high school level may be substituted for the required experience.*

* Education toward such a degree or diploma will be prorated on the basis of the proportion of the requirements actually completed.
