Administrative Assistant Job in Bridgewater, NJ

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a company in the Bridgewater, NJ area. This is a 1 year temporary position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1) -5 years experience in accounts payable, general accounting or purchasing;
2) Associates degree or significant relevant experience
3) Demonstrated technical expertise with ERP platforms; Experience with Maximo or SAP is a plus
4) Bi-lingual is a plus (Spanish/English)
5) Good verbal and written communication skills
6) Strong analytical acumen
7) MS Word and Excel skills
8) Ability to prioritize and work with minimal supervision
9) Ability to work in a team and have a positive attitude
