Treasury Analyst- Corporate Card Programs (POS-217347)

Corporate Travel and Purchasing Card Lead with the Treasury Department. For both T&E and PCard will enforce policy and procedures, perform reviews and audits, supply customer service, and provide continuous improvement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Program Administrator for the US and Canada for T&E and PCard programs (approx. 1100 cardholders)

* Manage all card related activity, from issuance to cancellation

* Oversee and provide the highest level of customer service to all cardholders

* Maintain relationship with card issuer for implementation of new programs

* Ensure best practices utilized, and coordinate with Parent company

* Reconcile cardholder activity and corporate payments with the reporting tool (Concur) and card issuer

* Communicate effectively within all levels of the organization on issues related to cards, expense reporting and corporate policy.

* Create training materials, conduct training classes in house and via webinar to assist end-users

* Perform ad-hoc reporting in Concur and work with Accounting team on reporting and month end accruals

* Reconcile and administer repayment of personal charges on corporate cards

* Oversee the audit process

* Oversee the rebate program and track volume

* Maintain relationship with travel agent and travel partners

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

* 4 to 8 years' experience in corporate travel

* Demonstrated progressive experience

* Strong customer service and analytical skills

* Ability to work independently

* Strong organizational, time-management, and close attention to detail

* Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills

* Project Management and Implementation experience

EDUCATION:

* Bachelor degree in Business related field or Education and experience combined
