How You Will Make a Difference:

As a Senior Director of Business Development, you will plan and direct all of the marketing and sales activities for your business. You will serve as the primary point of contact for external clients and potential partners in the advancement of PFMORD goals and business endeavors. You will:

  • Collaborate and strategize with our internal leaders to sell our clinical trial professional services to pharma and biotech companies in your assigned territory.
  • Build customer relationships resulting in continued business growth and achievement of sales goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and close business opportunities for PFMORD within your region.

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

  • Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree, with experience ideally in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline

Other Required:

  • 12 years or more of experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry,
  • Valid drivers license and availability for domestic and international travel including overnight stays (30-40%)

Preferred:

  • Consistent track record in securing and winning new business in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry
  • Corporate management and sales experience
  • Post-graduate or graduate degree
