Position Scope:

* Oversee and assist in daily invoicing of all completed work orders and parts sales

* Oversee and assist in accurately receive parts into Inventory software system

* Coordinate all parts and service orders

* Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and performing cycle counts

* Responsible to manage mechanics productivity to acceptable levels

* Perform accurate and on time EOM close reports

* Continue to gain knowledge of the industry

* Responsible for overall appearance of location assigned

* Responsible for collecting aging receivables for location assigned

* Assist in submitting daily sales and productivity reports to GM

* Communicate potential new business opportunities to GM

* Perform Data entry into customer's maintenance programs as required

* Communicate potentials areas of improvement throughout the organization to GM

* Responsible for overall profit margin generated by assigned location

* Responsible for hiring and managing all staff by the guidelines set by HR

* Responsible for overseeing and managing vendor invoices

* Work with GM to coordinate and set up training programs for staff

* Responsible to ensure assigned location is in compliance with the Environmental SOP

* Ensure all vendor invoices are coded and sent to AP dept in the times allowed

Accountability Statements:

* Coordinate daily service and parts transactions

* Responsible to oversee all repair orders are invoiced correctly

* Responsible to maintain an accurate inventory

* Coordinate requests from customers on Service and parts transactions

* Assure safety concerns with in the operation are addressed timely

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

* Responsible to ensure all staff with in the assigned location is performing their assigned job duties

o High School Diploma

o Prefer a bachelor's degree

o Valid Driver's License

o Good oral and written skills

o PC literate, Strong word processing skills

o Ability to prioritize and organize

o Strong mechanical aptitude. Prior work experience in a mechanical work environment

o Minimum 3-year experience in a Service Management position

o Ability to attain Airport issued ID badge

While performing duties on the job the employee is frequently required to twist (waist), climb stairs up to 16ft, kneel (repeatedly), crouch/squat (repeatedly), reach (overhead), power grasping (both hand), eye-hand coordination and drive. It is also frequent that they lift up to 50 lbs. with a static grip in the range of 7"-70" this includes small piece parts, hoses/tubes, bins, medium piece parts, storage bins and wheels/tires or have to carry with two hands up to 50 lbs. with a distance in the range of 1"-200".
