The Role

As a member of the Service Development & Training team, the Training Coordinator will support and contribute to the development and delivery of Iora's care team training initiatives. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to play a key role in a high growth, innovative healthcare company.

The position will be based in Boston, MA and will report to the Director of Service Development & Training. Some travel to our practices is required.

Specific Responsibilities & Expectations

The Coordinator will lead the coordination for major training initiatives that will enable our care teams to operate practices safely and effectively. Specific responsibilities include:

* Coordinate care team training delivery across multiple markets and practice locations (logistics planning and timeline, trainers, facilitators, trainees, and space).

* Project manage on a wide variety of training initiatives (training tracking and certification, training content development, care delivery process improvement); create and maintain work plans to track project progress,

* Conduct in-depth research and discovery on clinical and operational best practices.

* Develop comprehensive tools to support training delivery (such as checklists, job aids, presentations, and assessments)

* Provide support to Service Development and Training team members on a wide range of activities

The successful candidate will be:

* An excellent project manager with the ability to define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables

* Skilled in balancing multiple priorities while achieving milestones and results

* An excellent communicator, both in-person and in written presentation with the ability to convey information concisely to a wide audience

* Experience working with cross functional teams towards project implementation

* Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and rapid change; an experimenter by nature

* Passionate about service to patients and colleagues


* Bachelor's degree with demonstrated academic excellence and achievement

* 1-3 years of professional experience with a focus on project management, process improvement or training

* Knowledge of the healthcare industry

* Familiarity with process and quality improvement methodologies a plus
