About the Position Coretelligent is adding a Talent Acquisition Associate that has a passion for helping to make the best hires and add value to Coretelligent's growing team. The Talent Acquisition Associate must be agile, dynamic and willing to wear many hats. This is an ideal role for someone looking to be in a corporate recruiting role that can find and attract top talent and help get them excited about our growth and dynamic opportunities at Coretelligent. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment working for a leader in the IT Managed Services industry.

Our Talent Acquisition Associate will:

* Source for qualified candidates, recruit, screen and hire applicants for a variety of technical positions that support the Coretelligent business

* Proactively research and identify cutting-edge sourcing techniques for identifying top technical talent

* Work closely with management and human resources to identify qualified candidates and create new positions.

* Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high quality candidates for open positions

* Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, evaluate skill level, check references and facilitate background checks

* Responsible for posting open positions on social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels

* Participate in implementing, continuously refining, and assessing recruiting processes to deliver high quality results and enhance candidate experience

* Be familiar with industry trends, market competitors

* Source for future job openings

* Recruit for other non-technical areas within company when needed

About You

You have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and an ability to develop professional rapport with team members at all levels. You excel in team environments but can also work autonomously. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where your dedication and strong time work ethic can be fully utilized and appreciated.

* 2-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience

* Proven success as a Recruiter, using traditional and creative sourcing methods

* Ability to recruit beyond selling a role – understanding the unique qualities of each candidate, their motivation, and the ability to match talent to the needs of the organization • Previous recruiting experience placing IT professionals

* Ability to work with a high sense of urgency, and remain flexible within a highly dynamic, changing environment while successfully meeting objectives

* Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and negotiation skills, positive attitude and high level of initiative

* Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers of all levels

* Highly motivated, self-directed, quick learner with the ability to multitask

* Actively seeks new ways to grow and be challenged, showing energy for and commitment to learning new and innovative recruiting methods

* Affinity for learning the company's services and technology and the ability to leverage that knowledge for promoting the company's brand and passionately articulating the company's vision and mission
