QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

* BA degree required

* 10 years of Marketing experience

* Brand and Digital Marketing experience

Desired:

* In-house/corporate Marketing/Creative Services; background in brand or creative execution role; financial services brand experience preferred; Content/writing expertise/experience; editorial experience; Facilitation skillset/experience training others

* Strong design, content development, and editorial skillset and experience

* Strong digital brand experience (video, digital, social, native content)

* Experience conducting brand review of collateral and assets across various media channels

* Experience creating and delivering brand education

* Experience developing and implementing brand guidelines

* Project and Agency/Vendor Management experience

* History of building relationships with business partners

* Ability to advocate for brand standards

* Understanding of Web design and development

* Experience working with creative on development of brand collateral

* Experience leading the development and maintenance of brand assets (photography, iconography, illustrations, video, graphical animation)

* Background in marketing and/or communications

* Strong ability to influence

* Able to manage multiple high priority tasks or projects at a single time

* UX design experience
