As a Frontend Developer on the Enterprise Architecture team you will be responsible for helping us build out revolutionary front-end experiences and contributing to our set of common library components used by all XPO developers. What you'll do on a typical day:

* Work closely with UX and Development team to build all user facing components

* Assume responsibility for communicating development status, risks, and mitigation plans

* Constructing revolutionary real-time data driven dashboards

* Developing components for the corporate wide XPO Common-UI framework

* Presenting on best practices to other developers at XPO

* Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews

XPO's Enterprise Architecture team is small and nimble - we move in 2-week release cycles. We have a continuous integration process, and adhere to a standard software cycle, testing everything in staging prior to deploying to production. We move fast and get things done and focus on trying to get them done right the first time.

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

* Preferably 2+ years of experience with Angular or other modern JavaScript libraries

It'd be great if you also have:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or electrical engineering
