Job Title: Senior Manager, Channel Operations
Job Duties: Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis. Define, develop, and implement the partner program strategy to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship between the Company and its partner community. Oversee business and system requirements, technology and process design, and implementation to support the channel and the channel sales team, pricing programs, and contract requirements. Define and oversee the partner application, acceptance, and certification process. Partner closely with Sales to understand the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, and how partners are integral to the GTM strategy. Assist with consumer partner programs and business to business partner programs. Define reporting requirements and analyze channel performance results including bookings and bookings growth, new customers, and retention rates. This position manages and supervises three (3) Channel Operations Specialists that are responsible for executing, tracking, and managing lead generation, onboarding, and partner engagement programs.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration.
- Eighteen (18) months of work experience orchestrating infrastructure to manage partner program, partner experience, content, channel metrics and KPIs.
- Eighteen (18) months of experience managing the data setup and architecture in NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Eighteen (18) months of experience building channel dashboard and performance metrics in SFDC and Tableau.
- Twelve (12) months of experience developing programs and setting rules of engagement for channel partners globally using various online design tools including Canva and Microsoft Visio.
- Travel is required nationally and internationally 10% of the time to Salt Lake City, Utah, Switzerland, and India.
