Post Award Administrator

The Administrative Resource Center at the College of Engineering is seeking a Post Award Administrator. This position provides post-award support to College principal investigators (PI’s) by researching, interpreting, and applying the policies and procedures that govern grant, contract and internal awards. Responsibilities include providing monthly account reports and balances; reviewing expenditures for compliance; resolving accounting issues; meeting with PIs regularly to monitor and review portfolio; facilitating annual effort certifications; preparing projections for awards and working to resolve errors, request extensions, and properly close

project accounts within policy guidelines and time requirements.

The Post Award Administrator responsibilities also include the analysis of processes in order to improve workflow and work efficiencies; determine changes needed in order to avoid repetition of errors; plan for better faculty satisfaction for the management of their funded portfolio; and provide formal and informal training opportunities. Candidate will act as liaison between College, ORAF and other University units as needed. Perform related duties as assigned or required.
