Basic Purpose:

Provide administrative and operational support to Global Relationship Management.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Implement fund adds, changes and closures for GRM dealers.

* Work with the operations department on trade problems and issues.

* Process invoices for payment to GRM dealers.

* Coordinate conferences and meetings.

* Research monthly reports

* Download and structure ad-hoc reports for GRM dealers using OBI.

* Provide administrative support to 14 team members in preparing for meetings, material shipments, correspondence with clients etc. Assist with other department projects and cover phones when team is on the road.

* Bill partner firms for panel meetings and prepare and ship meeting materials

* Ensure firm data and coding in CRM system is accurate such as firm address and rep information so that trades are correctly allocated.

* Assist with several RFP requests/compliance and legal in getting required info for GRM firms.

Position Requirements:

* Associates degree or equivalent.

* Minimum of two to three years of related experience.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office and business software.
