Tufin is seeking a Field Marketing Manager, Americas, who will plan and execute compelling outbound marketing programs in the Americas region for an exciting, rapidly growing Boston-based cybersecurity company. The person in this role will be responsible for employing a wide range of effective demand generation activities to drive top-of-the-funnel opportunities and pipeline acceleration in alignment with sales objectives.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Americas' Field Marketing, you will have the ability to work cross functionally in developing the marketing strategy and execution of multi-channel programs
  • Rollout account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to penetrate and expand business in Tufin's enterprise target accounts
  • Create, execute, and optimize demand generation programs for target accounts including, but not limited to, regional events, webinars, email, direct mail, digital, social, and channel marketing activities
  • Ensure timely delivery of leads and monitor performance throughout sales cycle
  • Communicate regularly with the Americas sales teams to ensure awareness and results of Americas' Marketing's efforts
  • Manage marketing expenses to ensure alignment with quarterly and annual budgetary guidelines
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs on a regular basis

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional B2B marketing experience in executing and tracking results of integrated, multi-touch demand generation programs. Previous high-tech experience a plus
  • Prior experience partnering with an enterprise sales team is a must
  • Proven experience in ABM vertical programs required
  • Success defining regional events strategy and execution
  • Ability to craft compelling promotional copy (emails, landing pages, invitations)
  • You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
  • You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment
  • Proficiency in SFDC. Working knowledge of Hubspot and Marketo preferred
  • Travel 20% within Americas territory; annual travel to Israel HQ
  • Bachelor's degree required; Major in Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred
