Customer Success: Operations Intern

Toast is a rapidly growing startup that's revolutionizing the way the restaurant industry does business by offering the first android based, all-in-one restaurant management platform. With our POS at the core and the additional functionality of credit card processing, loyalty programs, gift cards, online ordering, inventory management and more, Toast makes it easier for restaurant owners and operators to optimize their business.

The Customer Success: Operations Team is seeking an MBA student studying business operations, six sigma, workforce management, logistics, or similar degree, to help revamp the process of scheduling and dispatching field technicians. Toast has a workforce of field technicians who are dispatched on hundreds of jobs nationwide each month. As a fast growing organization Toast is looking to build a new data driven model to help drive resource optimization as we scale. In addition to responsibilities, there will be an opportunity to learn how the organization functions, meet managers and executives, and learn practical project management skills.

Required Education & Experience:

* Must be currently enrolled in an MBA degree program

* Experience in Six Sigma

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

* Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment and is results oriented to deliver an outstanding customer experience

* Thrive in a team environment
