Billing Support Representative

As the Billing Support Representative you will be working closely with the Technical Support, Sales, Professional Services, and Revenue teams to provide updates on customer statuses. You will work with several departments to create an incredible customer experience with collection of past due invoices and incoming billing inquiries. You will proactively work with your manager and clients to properly maintain invoicing.

As a Billing Support Representative, a typical day might include:

* Actively monitoring Aging Reports for Past Due customers and sending messaging when necessary

* Answer incoming Billing related questions

* Gathering the required information to help resolve any client inquiries efficiently

* Extensively researching billing issues that are raised

* Managing client expectations regarding estimated response times for issue resolution

* Collaborating with team members to manage and escalate client inquiries
