Be a part of our team at this premiere pediatric specialty hospital as an Administrative Assistant, supporting the General Service Department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Performs all administrative office functions for the department including telephone support; routing calls for service requests, i.e. maintenance, housekeeping, security and parking.

* Works with Maintenance & Engineering with buildings door keying system; provides timely production of new keys.

* Assists in the control of inventory, purchasing, record-keeping, and maintenance of storage. Maintains records of in-services, evaluations and fire drills.

* Responsible for meeting minutes; generates reports and communications.

* Creates hospital I.D. badges for staff; programs access control assignments.

* Assists with the management of hospital parking; maintains accurate parking records.

* Verification of utility invoices; ensures invoices are processed timely.

Job Requirements

Three years plus office administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Excellent time management, organizational and customer service skills; proficiency with Microsoft office suite.
