We are searching for an exceptional person to take a position as a member of our growing account management team. This person must have a proven track record for delivering on or exceeding revenue goals. The candidate must be highly motivated, extremely organized, team-oriented, creative, and possess outstanding communication and negotiating skills. This is a relationship driven role that is responsible for 'on-boarding' all new strategic accounts, and thereafter, remaining active, consultative partners focused on helping Brightcove's clients meet business goals through the use of video.

The Account Director is an expert in all things Brightcove: S/he works with customers to guide video projects, introduce new features to the market, and overall, ensures users are making the most out of Brightcove. Account Directors also negotiate contract renewals and upselling of new products and services, and in doing so, contribute directly toward Brightcove's growth.

Responsibilities:

* Manage a collection of top tier accounts.

* Guide new client on-boarding process.

* Grow revenues from new and existing accounts.

* Negotiate contract renewals.

* Exceed target of qualified lead goals.

* Work closely with sales, product development, finance, marketing and engineering teams.

* Collaborate regularly with Sales and Marketing teams to discuss best practices, business and market trends and review qualification approach to maximize opportunities.

* Maintain extensive knowledge of Brightcove products and how they serve our customer's needs, including features, advantages, and benefits, and key examples of usage.

Qualifications

* 5-7+ years related experience in account management with a record of achievement in meeting and exceeding goals.

* Previous experience working in digital marketing solutions or other SaaS solutions is preferred.

* Passion for video and technology

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and proven presentation/demonstration skills with clients and partners.

* BA/BS in Business, Marketing or related field
